Observation

It was observed that diapering creams were kept on the floor in a fabric bin in the bathroom. The diapering creams did not have a written medication form completed. One child had stoma powder that the parent requested to be applied in the diaper area with diaper changes. This was not documented with a doctor's note or medication form.
